1.1 “Childcare Services” means the service provided by the Babysitter on the terms agreed between the Employer and the Babysitter;
1.2 “Childcare Fee” means the relevant fee to be paid by the Employer to the Babysitter in cash or by cheque on conclusion of the Childcare Services as set out on the Website and in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions;
1.3 “Employer” means an individual or individuals to whom the Babysitter is introduced by Baby Sitting 24 and for whom the Childcare Services are provided;
1.4 “Members”shall mean: a person, individual and or entity that has a valid account on the Website;
1.5 “Introduction” means the introduction of the Babysitter to the Employer by Baby Sitting 24;
1.6 “Baby Sitting 24” means Rona Trading Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 7592610;
1.7 “Babysitter” means the person introduced by Baby Sitting 24 to the Employer for the provision of Childcare Services;
1.8 “Notice” means a written notice in the form to be decided by Baby Sitting 24 and which is deemed received by the Employer on publication of such notice on the Website;
1.9 “Application Form” means the form provided by Baby Sitting 24 to Babysitters and which must be completed by the Babysitters to the satisfaction of Baby Sitting 24;
1.10 “Website” means http://www.babysitting24.co.uk/ ;
1.11 “Booking Fee” means the relevant booking fee to be paid by the Employer by debit or credit card to Baby Sitting 24 as set out on the Website and in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
1.12 “Fees” means together the Membership Fee, the Booking Fee and the Childcare Fee.
1.13 “Membership Fee” means a monthly membership fee of £8.00 to be paid by the Employer by debit or credit card to Baby Sitting 24 as more fully described on the Website and in Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions;
1.14 “Online Booking System” means Baby Sitting 24 online booking system;
1.15 “Online Database” means Baby Sitting 24 online database.
