5.1 The relationship between the Babysitter and Baby Sitting 24 may be terminated by the Babysitter upon written notice to Baby Sitting 24 (by email) (“Cancellation Notice”).
15.2 The Cancellation Notice is deemed received and applicable only when Baby Sitting 24 acknowledges receipt of the Cancellation Notice.
15.3 Baby Sitting 24 may acknowledge receipt of the Cancellation Notice by email.
15.4 Until such time as Baby Sitting 24 acknowledges receipt of the Cancellation Notice, the Babysitter’s details will continue to be held on Baby Sitting 24 database.
15.5 The relationship between the Babysitter and Baby Sitting 24 may be terminated by Baby Sitting 24 at any time without notice or reason.
