7.1 Baby Sitting 24 shall endeavour to secure suitable job offers for the Babysitter but shall be under no obligation to find an job offers for the Babysitter at any time.
7.2 An offer is not made to the Babysitter until details are received by Baby Sitting 24 from the Employer. Baby Sitting 24 does not accept any responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the Babysitter by reason of the Babysitter’s decision to resign from his/her current employment or any existing engagement before or after receipt of the Baby Sitting 24 or Employer’s offer.
