4.1 Baby Sitting 24 will act as the Babysitter’s introductory party and will endeavour to negotiate and conclude agreements with Employers in respect of procuring job offers.
4.2 This Agreement does not give rise to a contract of employment between Baby Sitting 24 and the Babysitter.
4.3 Baby Sitting 24 will not charge a fee to the Babysitter for facilitating Bookings.
